Wind Cluster's primary activity today is the sale of spare parts and consumables to wind turbine owners, manufacturers, and service companies worldwide.
Previously, when established, Wind Cluster represented a number of subcontractors for the wind power industry. On agent-like terms Wind Cluster assisted with the sale of components for serial production at the wind turbine manufacturers. Over the years, everything from small sensors to the largest generators have been sold to the world's leading wind turbine manufacturers.
In an era where adaptability is the hallmark of successful businesses, Wind Cluster´s turn to prioritizing spare parts and consumables has proven to be a game-changer. Over the past four years, this strategic shift has positioned Wind Cluster as a leader in the marketplace, fuelling a significant growth of approximately 350%. An innovative approach has opened doors to a diverse array of customers, each integrating Wind Clusters supply of parts into their operations, fostering long-term partnerships.
In order to handle the growth, the company moved to new premises in Haarup near Silkeborg in December 2022, last year a new warehouse management system was established, and this year Wind Cluster introduced a "one-stop" Webshop and the company's quality management system was ISO9001-certified by Bureau Veritas.
Peter Nyegaard Jensen states: "With growth capital, an efficient structure, skilled employees at the company's domicile, and a strong global sales network, we are well equipped to scale the company".
Ole Jørgensen, owner and CEO of INVACTOR, states: "I have experience from the wind turbine industry and when I was contacted by Peter Nyegaard Jensen a few months ago, I had no doubts about the company's potential. After a quick process, I am delighted as an investor and board member to actively follow the exciting growth journey closely".
